Yuki woke with the sun shining in the Warrior's Den.It was nearly dawn and it was already light outside.She remembered the gathering they had and how Thornstar had his fur shining in the moonlight.Yuki came outside of the den and looked around.Everything was either dusty, green or just old.She remembered her kit hood and how she was always playing with her mothers tail but those days were over.Yuki was now a strong, noble warrior and some reason small.She loved her new home in the forest and she wouldn't dare give up this life even if it was death.

Whitestar had thought about giving Yuki a warrior's name for half of the night. She decided that she would grant Yuki's wish of keeping her name as it was, even though it was against her better judgement. She padded over to this she-cat and said, I have decided to let you keep your name as it is. You will still be called Yuki, but I am sure StarClan will frown upon it. Whitestar finished talking to Yuki and padded over to the fresh-kill pile. She only saw a few pieces of fresk-kill so she went back over to the new she-cat and said, Could you please take some other cats with you and go hunting? We need more fresh-kill. We are almost out. As she said this, she flicked her tail towards the pile of prey that the cats of her clan had caught the day before.

Starclan might frown over me but I will battle Starclan if I have to!Starclan has deserted me once and they can do it again, I am not afraid!Yuki looked in Whitestar's eyes angry that Whitestar had dare talk to her like that but she is leader and Yuki knew why Starclan frowns over her because of her name and that it is never going to change if even if Yuki joins another clan.Yuki walked to the entrance and mewed quietly, I am not afraid of Starclan and I am not afraid of anyone!I can go alone when I want to.She padded through the entrance and sniffed the air, finding a scent of prey.

You shouldn't say that. Just because of one cat in a large clan, every cat of that clan could be punished. You are a warrior, I am a leader. We are not equal in ranks, power, ability, or respect. You will not talk to be like that again. Whitestar snapped before the she-cat walked out of the gorse tunnel. She walked over to the large rock in the middle of ThunderClan camp and sat there, watching the cats in her clan, hoping StarClan would not be mad at her for not giving Yuki a warrior name. She wondered if any cat had to talk to her or ask her something. Her white figure just sat there, very still.
