Sandpelt was all alone in the ShadowClan camp since Oakstar and Skypaw had gone to the Moonstone. She went to the fresh-kill pile and took a small mouse from it. She stalked over to a tree and started to eat it. I can't believe Darkclaw would do that! Go into another clan? Leave me alone by myself. Mousebrain... She thought angrily. Sandpelt finished her mouse and went to the warriors den, falling into a deep, dreamless sleep.
