"Sandpelt you shouldn't have said that, that could of cost us alot, Thornstar he is noble and even if you see in Darkclaws eyes she will still love you just as if your relationship as kits.She may have darkness but I could tell in her heart she is fighting back the darkness and I think she needs you for support."Oakstar resured her. "Come you can come sleep with me if you want" He licked her between the ears and left the warriors den leading his way to the leaders den where he would sleep with Sandpelt if she came.

Oakstar! I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say it! It just came out! But Darkclaw...I will have to fight her, hurt her, taste her blood! I can't do that! Sandpelt sputtered. She ran into the leader's den and buried her face in his fur.

Oakstar licked her saying It's alright.Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do, I had to before, see my mother she was a rogue and soon her leader of her group called an attack at Shadowclan.I faced her and soon she backed down but then soon she attacked me and the last words she said to me were "I'm sorry, my leader would find out, just kill me so I don't hurt you in the future', they still echo in my mind but maybe your sister will feel the same way I felt and maybe she will back down. He licked her back reassuring that it's ok.He soon went to sleep with Sandpelt next to him sleeping.

Sandpelt heard what Oakstar said and didn't say anything. As soon as he fell asleep, she layed her head on his pelt and fell asleep with him.
