Rainsong scratched off the moss she had on her fur and walked outside, the air was still and she could see not much warriors were out.She sat down and licked her paw, bringing it over her ear she washed herself with gentle strokes.Rainsong felt like there was eyes watching her from behind but when she turned no eyes were watching her.She thought of Hawkwing's and her kits playing with her tail but then she day dreams vanished as she thought of Bloodclan attacking Windclan.They would be attacking the nursery for sure to try to get her kits.Who would be in her belly being made still or would be newborns, weakly trying to fight back.She stared out when she heard a rustling sound, she turned to see nothing was there and the only thing was there was leaves being rustled in the wind.Nothing stirred, but when she went to the fresh kill pile she bent and picked up a piece of fresh kill.She ate the plump rabbit slowly waiting for Hawkwing to come and eat some too.

Hawkwing bounded over to Rainsong, How are you? When do you think the kits will come? He asked her. He nuzzled her and noticed that she was uneasy about something, Whats wrong? Are you okay? He asked her. He took a piece of fresh-kill out of the pile and started eating it.

Just scared of Bloodclan and if they raided Windclan they would come after the nursery where I would be and if our kits were born they would be terrifed!I couldn't bare having our kits killed or taken away!Oh Hawkwing!Rainsong crawled over and laid next to Hawkwing.Her belly was swollen and any time now they would be arriving.She was shaking and felt like a kit huddled with her father but she wasn't a kit, she was a queen now and she was huddling with her mate.Rainsong finished her meal and then sat up to lick her belly.It was very swollen indeed and she would not be sleeping in the warriors den tonight, instead she would be going to the nursery.No other queens were in there except one.Who had the two kits Prowlingkit and Leafkit.Rainsong stood up and walked to a patch of sunlight and stayed there, waiting for Hawkwing to come over.She still thought of Bloodclan and them attacking Windclan.Attacking the nursery to try to get to her kits.

Haretooth woke up to the sunlight beating on her fur, she stretched with her claws sheathed and walked outside.She saw Rainsong and Hawkwing talking, Haretooth noticed Rainsong had a swollen belly.Rainsong must be moving in the nursery tonight.Haretooth sighed and then walked on.When Haretooth reached the fresh kill pile, barely any fresh kill was there.I will be going hunting I quess.She thought and then looked for Ravenwhisker.There was no sign of Ravenwhisker any where, Haretooth walked over to the entrance and looked out.There was no apprentices on the rock where the apprentices were suppose to watch for intruders.Haretooth walked out and moved quickly to the hunting grounds.She found the hunting grounds and then began to taste the air.
