Darkclaw listened and then walked with Thornstar as they walked into the camp, her swollen belly stung as she walked but she didn't dare tell Thornstar that she might have the kits soon.She wanted to surprise him so that he would feel like he was a real father not a leader, nor a murder.I bet he had a good reason that he killed his best friend, I almost did because she told Bloodclan I would join her and the clan and help them kill.Darkclaw took a breath and then mewed, I almost killed my friend too, she told Bloodclan I would help them fight the clans and get weaknesses of the cats around.But because it wasn't true, I faced Boen and her alone and some reason she was killed by Boen after battling with me because she had caught me and pinned me down.Bone yowled to kill me, I just looked into her eyes and she let me go.After I saw the battle with Boen and my friend she was killed after that.She lives in Starclan watching over us, she knew it was wrong to lie but still it feels as if she is still in Bloodclan stalking me ready for a kill.We both have pasts that were horribly wrong.Even when I met you, I thought you would kill me because I was on your territory and I was jsut a kit with terrible greencough.I am happy you helped me.Darkclaw came closer ot Thornstar brushing against his pelt.Pain shot up her throat, she collasped o nthe ground, Thornstar, I think the kits are coming!Darkclaw looked around her vision was fading and then soon after a while, she lost her sight and didn't wake up.Has Starclan led me to a path I can not escape death!

Darkclaw woke up, every joint was in pain but still she knew she would get through this, blood spilled out and then she looked as a second kit came out.IT was smaller than the other one and it was a female, with it's fur just like Thornstar's.She grabbbed the other and licked it, while licking the girl she looked at the tom and saw that it had Darkclaw's fur, Thornstar, I think that little one is going to grow up, just like you.She licked and licked, another pain came and she pushed.A kit came out, it was as small as the first one but it had mostly white fur, dark brown like Thornstar's and then light brown like Darkclaws.When she felt the second kit have her blood flowing she named her, Thank goodness, Ivykit wasn't hurt.She is the smallest.Darkclaw pushed the female to her belly so she could be suckled gently, she realized that she had milk supply already.She genlty grabbed the third kit and licked it, she thought of names, she ran them through her head but she couldn't think of one.Jaykit?No...um...Baykit, maybe?...Birdkit!?Flowerkit?Oh no!She thought and thought of ways she would like them and that it would fit them, BaykitShe whispered as she felt the kit's blood flowing in it's vains.She moved it aside and felt another pain again, Another kit!She pushed and a gray female with dark gray stripes and a light gray chest flowing under it's chest.Jsut like I wanted, a Moonkit!She grabbed the kit quickly and licked at it, Thornstar what do you want to name that one, you are licking?Darkclaw kept licking the two other kit's were being suckled and she kept thinking of names Thornstar would choose.

That is a perfect name, I love it!She took a breath then mewed, This one that has your fur is Ivykit(later Ivypool), this one with all kind of colors is Baykit(later Bayleaf) and then the last one is Moonkit.Darkclaw looked at them with proudness and protection in her eyes, Ivykit is beautiful, she has your fur and I know she will be a great warrior just like her father.Then Sunkit, the oldest will be a perfect deputy, mate anything really!They are quiet beautiful!

Sunkit, I know he has your fur, and it's brown, but the name refers to his future. He will be a light unto the whole clan, like the sun. Darkclaw, we have to return to the clan, Featherpelt needs to check to make sure their ok.

We better, I am worried about Ivykit she is quite small, smaller than any of the kits!I am really worried about her!Darkclaw let the kits finish suckling then picked up Ivykit and nudged the kits to walk to the camp.They soon arrived, She came through the entrance, Ivykit squealed and then Darkclaw put her down.Every cat came out, looking at the kits and then looking at Ivykit.Darkclaw could see in their eyes they found out who was the father, Thornstar.She looked down at Ivykit, her most precious kit, she noticed she did look like her father a lot.Jsut hte size was different and one more thing, she had dark, evil amber eyes.Ivykit looked like the amber eyes of Tigerstar or even his son Hawkfrost, they bothed walked the dark forest in Starclan but did they do this is Ivykit for a reason?Darkclaw shook the thought away and then picked up Ivykit and nodged the kits to FEatherpelt who was in her den.
