Leopard sniffed the air and smelled a little of everything, mouse that was apparently in the forest, some rabbit in the plains and some squirrel from the forest.He spotted a young rabbit pass through with little ones running along with her.Leopardtail crouched and then started to creep up on the young adult rabbit.He sprang full energy boosted him up into the sky and when the rabbit didn't notice the thump Leopardtail quickly pounced on it.The little ones ran away and the adult struggled under his grasp, Leopardtail bent down and quickly bit it until he felt warm blood with his teeth.Moments later he was carrying a small rabbit and large and a small mouse that had apparently traveled up here.He still smelled rats but it was old scent, he quickly put his prey down and felt pain in his stomach.Leopardtail was starving but knew not to eat it until he knew the clan was fed.His fur blended in as he traveled through the thick grass that was waving with the wind.He soon reached camp and was already chomping down the small mouse that he had catched.
